 Code of Conduct - Red Sky "An Officer and a Gentleman."
It is a military oath that holds great meaning. It is something I want all Captains in the Fleet to live by.
1. An Officer.
- Fight your ship with skill, courage, and tenacity.
- Fight always with the greater aim of victory, not personal gain or glory.
- Retreat only when all means of harming the enemy have been exhausted.
- Follow Tactical Orders to the letter.
2. A Gentleman.
- Always strive to uphold your personal honor and the honor of your squadron.
- Do not complain needlessly. The greater the odds, the greater the victory.
- Strive to learn from those more skilled than you, and strive to teach those less skilled.
- Be gracious in victory and dignified in defeat.

Es un juramento militar que tiene gran significado. Es algo que deseo que todos Capitanes en la Flota vivan por.
1. Un Oficial.
- Lucha su buque con habilidad, con el valor, y con la tenacidad.
- Lucha siempre con el objetivo más grande de la victoria, ganancia o gloria no personales.
- Retirada sólo cuando todos medios de dañar al enemigo ha sido agotado.
- Sigue Ordenes Tácticas al pie de la letra.
2. Un Caballero.
- Siempre se esfuerza por apoyar su honor personal y el honor de su escuadra.
- No se queja innecesariamente. Las más grande las probabilidades, la más grande la victoria.
- Se Esfuerza por aprender de ésos más hábil que usted, y esforzarse por enseñar esos menos hábil.
- Es correcto a la hora del triunfo y digno en la derrota.
